Concert Usher Positions

Royal Valet also seeks to serve our community of Tulsa by providing Concert Usher staff at the Hard Rock. This position will be an exciting service opportunity through assisting concert staff and audience guests while allowing you to enjoy entertainment. As a Royal Valet employee, one will serve with hospitality, excellence, and integrity.

Job Skills and Requirements

  • 18+ years of age

  • Customer service

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Personal organization and accountability are required to ensure a positive experience for visitors

  • Ability to work well in a group and be proactive about the needs of guests

  • Detailed understanding of venue layout

  • Evening availability

  • Reliability and promptness in arriving for scheduled shifts

  • Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time

  • Ability to assist in the case of emergency 

  • Black dress pants and black closed-toe shoes, shirts provided
